For what purpose do we process your personal data?

- Attention and management of inquiries and information requests, providing customer service.

- Conducting statistical analyses to improve our services.

- Sending commercial communications about services related to the real estate sector, with the user's prior consent. The Portal may use users' personal data to recommend properties that may be of interest to them and to show them relevant ads related to the real estate sector.

- If you send us a resume, we will process the data to manage the CV database for staff selection.

How have we obtained your data?

The personal data we process comes from the data subject themselves. The data subject guarantees that the personal data provided is true and is responsible for communicating any changes. The data marked with an asterisk will be mandatory to provide the requested service.

What is the legitimacy for processing your data?

- For the management of the contractual relationship with the data subject, we will base the processing on the execution of the contract or in the context of the pre-contractual relationship.

- In response to requests or inquiries from users of our Portal, who are not yet clients, the legitimacy will be the consent that the data subject gives us to use their data to respond to their request.

- The legal basis for conducting statistical analyses is our legitimate interest in improving our services and making them more efficient for us and for our clients and users.

- For sending commercial information, we will base the processing on your consent, although if you are already our client, we may send you information about our products and services, always providing a simple and free means to unsubscribe, in accordance with Article 21.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce.

- The processing of your curricular data, when you contact us to join our organization, is legitimized as necessary to establish a pre-contractual relationship.

- We also process data due to legal obligations, such as compliance with tax obligations.

- Finally, the processing of aggregated data related to users' navigation is covered by our legitimate interest in improving the quality of our services, enriching and personalizing the experience on our Portal, offering more specialized services adjusted to the collective interests of our users.

Our services are aimed at adults. Article 7 of LO 3/2018 allows those over 14 years of age to consent to the processing of their data, except in cases where the law requires the assistance of holders of parental authority or guardianship for the execution of the act or legal transaction in which the consent for processing is obtained, and since the services offered on this website consist of publishing real estate ads, minors under 16 cannot use this Portal, and those over 16 and under 18 can only use it if they are emancipated.

To whom will your data be communicated?

The data will not be communicated to third parties, except as required by law or necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing, such as communication to technology service providers responsible for maintaining and operating the Portal.

How long will we retain your data?

- The personal data provided will be retained as long as you are a user of our services or wish to receive information, as you can oppose the processing of your data for promotional purposes when you provide it to us or at any time thereafter by communicating this to [email protected], and then, for the periods established to comply with our legal obligations, which for accounting and fiscal documentation purposes will be 6 years, in accordance with Art. 30 of the Commercial Code, and for tax purposes will be 4 years, according to articles 66 to 70 of the General Tax Law.

- In the case of resumes, the data will be retained for one year.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

- Any person has the right to obtain confirmation about whether we are processing their personal data.

- Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

- In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the restriction of the processing of their data, in which case we will only retain it for the exercise or defense of claims.

- Also, in certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. In this case, we will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defense of possible claims.
